Sinus Infection. Any Advice??

The past 24 hours I've been battling a blasted sinus infection. Absolutely 0 hours sleep last night and now it appears to be turning bacterial. I started a week long education class I have already paid for (for recertification) so I am stuck there all week with no chance to go to a doctor for it. Does anyone out there have any advice on how to treat this? I am miserable.
