Best of 2009 Photography!

I just got an email informing me that my photograph "Sandpiper on a Golden Beach" was selected for inclusion in the Boulevard of Photographers "Best of 2009 Photography Anthology". This is awarded to the best photographs of thousands submitted. Judging is by their editorial staff of professional photographers. I am very proud to have been given this honor. With the beginning of a week of (mostly) rest, I went metal detecting at the beach this morning and found a whopping 41 cents! It was good exercise and relaxing anyway. Here is a photo I took this weekend of Princess at her regal best. Have a good week, guys!
