You Should Not Be Seeing a Spam Warning Now

After putting my problem on Google's Blogger forum someone read it and unlocked the site so there should be no more nasty spam message on my blog. I did strongly suggest they scrap their robot anti-spam software if it was generating a large number of false positives and get something more suitable. I also suggested that Google needs to provide a direct email link so that after reading through all the FAQs and help pages we could converse with a real human being when necessary. I don't think this is too much to ask. By the way, my response to Google had to be put on their forum since I have no way to directly email them about it. The only email option is a webpage to respond to abuse and a couple of other specific problems. As companies grow they always seem to get more and more impersonal to the point that you wonder if there are any living people working there any more. Anyway, I hope someone who works for Google and has a little bit of authority reads my forum post and thinks about what I said instead of taking a defensive attitude. I am not attacking them. I just would like to see some changes made. Being a teacher for 30 years I have learned that a direct and honest response to something that is should be corrected is the best approach. Anything less and it always gets ignored. That probably irritates some people. Oh well, I guess I will just have to live with that.
